Do I need a crypto wallet to try Demi?

You can sign in with email (magic link or password, depending what the deployment enables) and explore the product. Buying credits with USDC uses Solana, so you will need a compatible wallet when you are ready to pay for generation at that tier.

Why do you push “series bible” so hard?

Because without a bible, AI video forgets who people are. The bible is the contract between you and the machine: hair, height, voice range, moral compass, taboos. The more honest you are in that document, the less time you spend fighting drift later.

What is Manage Animate for?

It is for creators who already have manga pages — files on disk, not links to a pirate reader. You upload panel images you have rights to, in order, and Demi stores them as a first-class project. Motion features will deepen over time; today the focus is respectful ingestion, not fake “instant anime” from someone else’s IP.

Can I get a refund on credits I bought?

Purchased credits are final once the payment succeeds — same as most creative software. If a generation step fails after credits were charged, those credits for that step are returned automatically. See Credits & pricing for the split in plain language.

Where does the big hero video on the homepage come from?

It is shipped with the site as a marketing asset. Replace it anytime with your own reel — the slot is meant for your best work eventually.

How do token contract addresses get updated?

The team updates the deployment configuration when the mint is live. Until then you may see a placeholder on the Token page — always verify any contract from official Demi channels, never from random DMs.

Is the generation “real”?

Yes in production deployments that are wired to live model and render backends. Demi may still use safe mock paths in some internal or demo environments so designers can work without burning GPU — if outputs look oddly templated, check whether you are on a real production URL.
